Cancellation Policy

STANDARD RATES
The guest will be charged 50% of the rental fee if they cancel within 72 hours of reservation arrival time.

NON-REFUNDABLE RATES:
Cancelations do not apply to any of our Non Refundable promotions. The guest will be charged the full deposit if reservation is cancelled. Eg. Last Minute and Early Booker Deals are both Non-Refundable, Uncancellable nor Transferable.

Terms and conditions

Check In: 16:00 – 22:00 (Or at time of rental owner/resort posted times)
Check Out: 08:00 – 11:00 (Or at time of rental owner/resort posted times)

**Guest Estimated/Planned Time of Arrival is not a guarantee of having you check in at that time. It is just to let us know your time of arrival. Check in is at 16:00 hours / 4:00 PM (Or at time of rental owner/resort posted times)

Guests are required to provide a credit card in order to guarantee their reservations.
Guest are required to show a valid government issued photo identification upon check-in.

Child policies
Children of any age are welcome. Children aged 3 years and above are considered adults at this property. Infants are considered children under 3 years old.

Cot and extra bed policies:
There is no capacity for cots at this property. There is no capacity for extra beds at this property.

Pets:
Pets are not allowed.

Resort Check In (Unless posted otherwise by specific rental property you are staying)
When you arrive at our security gate; please provide your vacation confirmation and your valid government issued picture ID to identify yourself as having a reservation here. Many rental properties are private resorts, providing our owners and guests the highest level of security and privacy. The person the room is booked for must be present with the confirmation when checking in. Any changes to the person the room is booked for or the number of guests in the room must be provided to your booking agent prior to arrival. Security will provide you a visitor tag for your car. The front desk for at the Resort will help you get your welcome package that includes wristbands for your stay and any coupons your package includes. You will be guided to your room and shown how to use some of the room devices like the TV remote, ac controls, and you will be told about the resort amenities including where to find the instructions and amenities descriptions in our room binder.

Resort Policies – Strictly Enforced

Unless otherwise posted by the specific rental owner/resort, the following policies apply
1. No smoking in your unit – a $500 USD cleaning fee will be charged to your credit card if the room is smoked in.
2. No pets allowed – a $500 USD cleaning fee will be charged to your credit card if a pet or evidence of a pet is found in your room.
3. No items are to be removed from your room. Towels are provided at the pool.
4. No fireworks are allowed within the resort or on the beach in front of the resort.
5. Late Check out will result is an additional charge of $50 USD to your credit card unless otherwise agreed to prior to check out.
6. No refunds, or cancellations allowed for discounted room bookings or special offers – 1 reschedule is allowed with more than 72 hour notice depending on availability.
7. Any room damage or missing room items will paid for with your credit card on file.
8. Room upgrades or changes are only allowed at check in based on availability – please ensure you know about the type of room you are booking.

Extra Internal Rules
1. Please do not hang coolers, clothing items, trash, etc.…In any of the patio or terrace areas, this is strictly prohibited.
2. If you will have visitors during your stay, the schedule time for visitors to leave our premises is at 10:00 pm as a maximum unless otherwise posted by the specific property you are staying.
3. If you desire to listen to music in your condominium, please use moderate volume to avoid disturbing your neighbors, the limit to leave music on till is at 10pm.
4. You must make proper use of our roadways and it is prohibited to exceed the speed limits established by the local laws, as well as to skid on our roadways.
5. The use of motorcycles, golf carts, dune buggies, etc. are permitted to exceed as long as the noise produced by the vehicle is not irritating, and it should only be used as means of transportation and not for recreational use, the limit for their use is until 7:00pm.
6. In case of being intoxicated and wanting to enter the rental property, we will ask for someone else to drive as we will not be held responsible for any damages or any incident this may cause.
7. If applicable, you must always keep your wristband on to be able to identify you as a Guest or Owner, including while using all resort areas.
8. The use of coolers or glass bottles/cups/containers is prohibited in pool and Jacuzzi areas, it is strictly prohibited to put drinks on the edge of the pool or Jacuzzi, the only drinks allowed are those purchased at the restaurant and that is in any area with tables on it.
9. You may take a cooler to the beach areas and drink what you please, as long as you keep order with others and enjoy the beach.
10. The use of fireworks is prohibited.
11. If you want to use a barbecue or cooking disk, you must use it in areas designated for its use, please ask security where that is.
