Home can accommodate large family or group gathers / family reunions. Just a short drive to the beach. Diamond Village is a friendly family type of community and is close to Sandy Beach restaurants like Garufa, Changs, Banditos, Swim Bar & Wrecked.

A two level, corner unit, penthouse with sweeping views of Sandy Beach from the side and endless sea views from the front. A Jacuzzi on the top patio for star gazing and enjoying the beach life makes this penthouse your next trip to remember!

Kitchen: Stocked with dishes, silverware, glassware, coffee mugs, etc for 16 so that you don’t need to run the dishwasher after every meal. Cooking utensils and pots and pans are also provided. If you’re planning on cooking a specific meal that requires a unique utensil or cooking dish – Please bring it. Unfortunately due to sanitary reasons, we aren’t able to offer any seasonings or spices or condiments. Most things can be purchased here in town, but if you’re planning on doing a lot of cooking, we recommend bringing anything that you like to cook with. We do provide filtered water. If the container runs out, please contact Paradise Getaways to help provide you with a replacement.

Laundry: Two pods are provided and left in the laundry room for your use. If you wish to do a lot of laundry while you’re visiting, you may want to consider bringing down some additional detergent or purchasing it locally.

House Keeping: There will be no service during your stay. The cleaning fee covers the work done after your departure. Often times there is a tip envelope left on the table. This is completely optional. Please note – Trash is not collected during your stay. There is a large trash can located near the elevators that you can use to empty what you have if it’s necessary during your stay.

Essentials: Towels, bath tissue, soap, and bedding area all provided. If you run out or need more during your stay, please contact Paradise Getaways to request more.

Internet: The building has wireless internet. There is also a computer room that’s available to guests. There is an excellent WiFi connection in the lobby and by the pool. It can also be accessed within our penthouse BUT this is Mexico and sometimes the connection isn’t the best, therefore wifi is not guaranteed. If you’re having issues, please contact Paradise Getaways to help reset the router. It’s good for basic online use, but if you want to be connected the entire trip – We recommend you make other wireless and cellular arrangements prior to your arrival.

What Else To Bring: Anything you want for the beach (towels, chairs, games, etc). Board games, and movies (Some are available in the lobby, but it’s not a huge selection).

Guest access

Guests will have access to the pool (unheated), spa, kid’s pool, grills, computer room, and gym.

Other things to note

Addition fee’s due at time of reservation: $80 Cleaning Fee. $35 non-refundable damage waiver, plus $15 per night impact fee. These costs are included in the Paradise Getaways Summary.
