The space

This 2 bedroom 2 bath Condominium is in one the most sought after resorts in Rocky Point due to its location and elegance. This Condominium is peppered with stunning views of the Sea of Cortez. In resort restaurant, spa, exercise facility, pools, tiki bars and pool bars, this Condominium is sure to create a vacation getaway to remember!

Kitchen: Stocked with dishes, silverware, glassware, coffee mugs, etc. Cooking utensils and pots and pans are also provided. If you’re planning on cooking a specific meal that requires a unique utensil or cooking dish – Please bring it. Unfortunately due to sanitary reasons, the resort is not able to offer any seasonings, spices, or condiments. Most things can be purchased here in town, but if you’re planning on doing a lot of cooking, we recommend bringing anything that you like to cook with.

Laundry: Two pods are provided and left in the laundry room for your use. If you wish to do a lot of laundry while you’re visiting, you may want to consider bringing down some additional detergent or purchasing it locally.

House Keeping: There will be no service during your stay. The cleaning fee covers the work done after your departure. Often times there is a tip envelope left on the table. This is completely optional. Please note – Trash is not collected during your stay. There is a large trash can located near the elevators that you can use to empty what you have if it’s necessary during your stay.

Essentials: Towels, bath tissue, soap, and bedding area all provided. If you run out or need more during your stay, contact the front desk of Las Palomas.

Internet: The building has wireless internet BUT this is Mexico and sometimes the connection isn’t the best, therefore wifi is not guaranteed. If you’re having issues, please contact Paradise Getaways. It’s good for basic online use, but if you want to be connected the entire trip – We recommend you make other wireless and cellular arrangements prior to your arrival.

What Else To Bring: Anything you want for the beach (towels, chairs, games, etc). Board games, and movies (Some are available in the lobby, but it’s not a huge selection).

Guest access

Guests will have access to the pool (unheated), spa, kid’s pool, grills, computer room, and gym.

Other things to note

Addition fee’s due at time of reservation: $50 Cleaning Fee. $35 non-refundable damage waiver, plus $10% per night impact fee. These costs are included in the Paradise Getaways Summary.
