With this 2 bedroom 1 bath house you will be located within walking distance to the beach, Manny’s Beach Club, and just minutes from the Malacon, 13th Street, and Penasco’s Boardwalk! Minutes away from shopping, the marina, downtown, and local activities.

House Features:
This home features rich and beautiful custom ceramic tiles, built in, modern, shelves, and classic Hispanic architecture throughout as well as a beautiful backyard with grill and shaded dining area to enjoy the Penasco climate. This home is air conditioned.

The space

This is a two level home with 2 bedrooms one bathroom, a 2 car garage, and an oversized backyard with many features and an elegant touch throughout.

Kitchen: Stocked with dishes, silverware, glassware, coffee mugs, etc. Cooking utensils and pots and pans are also provided. If you’re planning on cooking a specific meal that requires a unique utensil or cooking dish – Please bring it. Unfortunately due to sanitary reasons, we aren’t able to offer any seasonings or spices or condiments. Most things can be purchased here in town, but if you’re planning on doing a lot of cooking, we recommend bringing anything that you like to cook with.

Laundry:

House Keeping: There will be no house cleaning services during your stay. The cleaning fee will cover post departure cleaning. Often there is a tip envelope left on the table. This is completely optional. Please note – Trash is not collected during your stay. There is a large trash can located…

Essentials: Towels, bath tissue, soap, and bedding area all provided. If you run out or need more during your stay, please contact the front desk or Daniel at: (638) 380-0202 or info@paradisegetaways.org.

Internet: The home has wireless internet. Note: Internet in Mexico can experience delays or disconnections so sometimes the connection isn’t the best, therefore wifi is not guaranteed. If you’re having issues, please contact Paradise Getaways. It’s good for basic online use, but if you want to be connected the entire trip – We recommend you make other wireless and cellular arrangements prior to your arrival.

Dogs are welcome. $30 extra for each pet.

Area attractions do get noisy near the beach and sometimes late into the night. Please take note of possible and excessive noise during your stay.

Addition fee’s due at time of reservation: $50 Cleaning Fee. This cost is disclosed and is included in the Paradise Getaways Summary at time of reservation.
