TRAVELER HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT

I am aware that Paradise Getaways is a third party to the owner(s) of the property I will be renting. I also am aware Paradise Getaways is coordinating my vacation and secure the vacation property and any activities connected to said vacation. Therefore, I hereby hold Paradise Getaways harmless of any matters regarding the vacation property or activities during the vacation. It is also agreed that I am fully aware of any possible risks of personal injury, property damage and other risks associated with traveling/vacationing. For example, some of these risks may involve but are not limited to the following: travel safety with various modes of transportation accommodations handling of baggage exposure to disease foreign government and laws fluctuating currency rates visas, passports, customs restrictions terrorism. I hereby consent and agree to assume and and all such risks in connection with this vacation/trip. I am further aware that Paradise Getaways has made said possible risks available to me and is not responsible for any of my travel arrangements. In consideration of Paradise Getaway’s efforts in informing me about my vacation, I, for myself and personal representatives, assigns, heirs, and next of kin: RELEASE, WAIVE and DISCHARGE Paradise Getaways, its agents and employees from all liability to myself, my personal representatives, assigns, heirs and next of kin, for all loss, damage, and claims, including attorney fees, on account of injury to myself, my property, or the vacation property whether caused by the negligence of Paradise Getaways or otherwise, which I may experience or sustain arising directly or indirectly from this vacation/trip; and INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS Paradise Getaways, its agents and employees from any and all liability(ies) to myself, my personal representatives, assigns, heirs and next of kin, from any and all claims and costs arising directly or indirectly out of any of my activities, acts and omissions while on this vacation.

1. PRE-BOOKING DISCLAIMERS:
I, the traveler, understand Paradise Getaways is a third party helping to coordinate and set up my vacation and I hereby INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS Paradise Getaways, its agents and employees from any and all price or cost changes that may or may not arise.

2. WAIVER TO VERIFY TRIPS DETAILS ARE CORRECT:
Paradise Getaways has helped plan and make reservations for this vacation however, I, the traveler, take full responsibility that all reservations and vacation details are accurate and correct and hereby INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS Paradise Getaways, its agents and employees from any and all trip details whether accurate or not.

3. WAIVER TO VERIFY CLIENT HAS DOCUMENTS THEY NEED:
Paradise Getaways has made every effort to insure all legal documentation requirements or other requirements have been covered to insure positive traveling during this vacation. I, the traveler, hereby take full responsibility that I have verified with local, state, and federal agencies that all travel documents are known by me and will be taken to insure the best travel for this vacation.

4. WAIVER TO VERIFY YOU OFFERED TRAVEL INSURANCE:
I, the traveler, hereby verify that Paradise Getaways has disclosed travel insurance options to me and I INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS Paradise Getaways, its agents and employees from any and all risks, liabilities, or otherwise connected to travel insurance.

5. RELEASE CLAUSE:
I, the traveler, expressly RELEASE, DISCHARGE, COVENANT NOT TO SUE AND HOLD HARMLESS Paradise Getaways and its owners, agents, officers, representatives, employees, or Successors and assigns from any and all claims for damages related to the risks of the vacation/trip and/or activities planned from or by Paradise Getaways.

6. Voluntary Assumption Of Risk:
I, the traveler hereby INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS Paradise Getaways, its agents and employees from any and all risks, both known and unknown, associated with the trip or activities and I understands and voluntarily assumes any and all risks.

I HAVE CAREFULLY READ AND COMPLETELY UNDERSTAND THE ABOVE PROVISIONS AND CONSENT AND AGREE TO HOLD HARMLESS PARADISE GETAWAYS AS REPRESENTED HEREINABOVE
